This privacy policy applies to the CalcOS app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Indus Corporations (the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
• The pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The total time spent on the Application
• The operating system used on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important notices, required disclosures, and marketing promotions.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymised data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. The Application uses the following third-party services, each with their own Privacy Policy:

• Google AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase

The Service Provider may disclose collected information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• When necessary to protect their rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud
• With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the disclosed information, and have agreed to adhere to this privacy statement

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of data you have provided via the Application, please contact us at corporationsindus@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete it from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact us at corporationsindus@gmail.com.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.
